I always aim to deliver translations as soon as possible. The particular time depends on the text volume and the type of service. Usually, it takes me about 8 hours to translate 6 pages of regular text. In case of complicated or larger texts, it may take longer. You will get an email and when your translation is ready.

My professional translation from English into Polish starts at € 0.15 per word. The final quote depends on text complexity, formatting, and deadline. The quoted price is the final price.

In case of large volumes or repeatable documents, I will gladly discuss price reduction. I believe in loyalty and lasting relationships, so I will reward my faithful customers with discounts.

The documents in Word format are preferred. However, for an additional price, I will also work with PDFs and other formats. Handwritten documents are subject to dismissal, depending on the legibility.

No, but I cooperate with a trusted group of proof-readers. If you wish to have your translation proofread, I will organize the service for you. Just let me know and I’ll take care of everything else.

For new and private person clients, the payment for all the translation services takes place before the order is started. For long-term clients, we can discuss other payment terms. Please contact me for details.

Yes. For every translation assignment, we can sign a translation agreement which contains a confidentiality clause. Upon request, it is also possible to work with a tailored confidentiality agreement. I will not share any of my clients’ details with a third party.

Yes, however, I will charge for any translation work completed up to that point.

I am open on weekdays from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm. Often, however, I am also available outside working hours and during weekends. Please feel free to try to contact me outside these working hours.
